is an intimate Guest House located in a beautiful 19th century building
in the Borne district of Barcelona. This neighborhood
is the heart of one of the oldest and liveliest areas of the city,
with some of the loveliest and trendiest boutiques, restaurants,
cafes and bars. It is home to many artists, designers and architects.

The Borne district is the perfect place to stay in Barcelona.
The beaches of La Barceloneta are an easy 10 minute
walk. The Ramblas, the Gothic Quarter and its beautiful
15th century cathedral are within 5 to 10 minutes by foot.
The Picasso Museum is less than 5 minutes walk away, as well
is the famous and beautiful church St Mary Star of the Sea,
also known as The Cathedral of the Sea, located right next
to the house.
In a very quiet, personal and intimate atmosphere, with
charming period furniture and five lovely guest bedrooms, with several
shared bathrooms, Marcelo invites you to enjoy his house,
to which you will have access 24 hours a day.

Take the train (RENFE)
at the airport and stop at Passeig de Gràcia.
Once you're there, at the very same gate, take the train that goes to
Estació de França.
There, get out of the sation and cross the avenue, walk on your left
5 blocks:
you will find our street: Carrer Rera Palau.
